Conditions
The fine print, in plain terms.
- Deposit — 30% of the accommodation rate at booking (100% if less than 30 days before arrival).
- Security deposit — EUR 3,000, collected on arrival. Refunded in full after the checkout inspection.
- Cleaning fee — EUR 350, mandatory, billed in addition to the weekly rate.
- Tourist tax — EUR 3/person/night.
- Cancellation — 50% refund of amounts paid for any cancellation made at least 14 days before arrival. No refund less than 14 days before.
- Linens — provided (sheets and towels).
- Pets — not allowed.
- Check-in / out — 16:00 / 10:00.

What is the minimum stay?
6 nights.
What deposit is required at booking?
30% of the accommodation rate is required at booking, or 100% if the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival. The cleaning fee and tourist tax are billed separately.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The EUR 3,000 security deposit is collected on arrival and refunded in full at checkout, subject to the inspection.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled at least 14 days before arrival, 50% of amounts paid are refunded. Less than 14 days before arrival, no refund is possible.
Is cleaning included?
Linens are provided. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of EUR 350 is mandatory and billed separately from the weekly rate.
Is the tourist tax included?
No. The tourist tax is EUR 3 per person per night.
